FOR THE LOVE OF CARS

Last year our February tour was called “The Rainy Day Tour.” It turned out to be a warm, sunny day with blue skies. This year, the skies parted and we had another beautiful day to take our Chevys out for a spin. We drove around the roads and back streets of NE Portland, ending up at a facility called The Grotto. Our tour planners arranged a room at The Grotto for our lunch and to display our “other hobbies.” We learned that many of our fellow Chevy and GMC enthusiasts also have other interests. The members displayed an amazing, eclectic collection of everything from antique toasters to Route 66 memorabilia. An innovative tour enjoyed by all!
