Both Sides of the River Tour

If you have not had enough of driving your vintage car yet in August, this tour is for you. We will meet near Fort Vancouver at the Pearson Air Museum (1115 E 5th St. Vancouver, WA). If you come early, you can look around at the museum. It opens at 9:00am and is free of charge. Since August could be hot, we will have cold water and also a light snack available to take with you on the tour.

We will then travel on Highway 14 to our next destination: the Columbia Gorge Interpretive Center in Stevenson, WA. Our club went there many years ago and we thought it was a good time to go again.

After that we will cross the Columbia River at the Bridge of the Gods. A toll ticket will be provided for each car driven. We will travel back on I-84 to Applebee’s in NE Portland for our meal. Complete driving instructions will be provided at meet up. 

Schedule

• Meet up at Pearson Air Museum no later than 9:45am (park on the street behind each other)

• Leave for the tour at 10:00am sharp! 

• Arrive at the Interpretive Center at 11:00am

• Leave the Interpretive Center at 12:30pm
